Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal and snug but not tight.

Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem of the garment.

For t-shirts: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve. For hoodies: Measure from the shoulder seam to the cuff.

Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape measure horizontal and comfortable.

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, typically 7-9 inches below your waist.

All measurements are taken flat. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or down for a fitted look.
